For our downloaded products Support is available through email. Please send us your support questions to support@ecodesoftware.com and allow us 1 to 2 business days to reply to your message.
For our services including Business Solutions, Consulting services and Web Applications we will provide support based on the contract, real time, on site, or through email. In any case we will provide full documentation on problem solving and provide administration tools if applicable.

1-Why eSh Client is not available outside North America?
eSh Client is subject to export regulations of the government of Canada. We're sorry that we can not offer this product at this point outside Canada and The United States, however we are in the process of getting the proper permissions from the federal governement in order to make the software accessible in other countries.
2-Is Telnet supported in any of the products?
At this point our products do not support Telnet. We did not find a great market for a Telnet application since SSH and FTP are the most popular and widely used communication protocols. Many servers do not support Telnet anymore or disabled their Telnet.However we may provide a Telnet application soon, or include a telnet in our products for convenience.
3-Why eSh Client mail interface can not read my emails?
The mail interface at this point supports Xmail on Unix/Linux machines. If your email client is not supported by Xmail, the interface will not be able to access your account. We will upgrade the email application to interface with Pine and Elm in the next upgrades. However most servers support Xmail beside Pine or other email clients.
