Ecode Software Licenses include 2 year support from the date of purchase. During this time you will receive
automatic updates for all the installed objects. The support will be available through phone and Email and in most
cases will be dealt with within 24 to 48 hours.
Ecode Software solutions can be customized to match your organizations' requirements. For example
a logo of your organization may be added to the software. Functionalities are also customizable and during the period of the 2 year support we will do
our best to add new functionality to the software if required by our clients.
